High Automation and intellectualization
The whole working process is completed by
the machine automatically. The touch screen can monitor and adjust the
operating status of every part, automatically detect the problems.

one cavity output can reach 900-1000bph. On
the condition of same bottle neck diameter, just change the mould, it can make
bottles with different shape and volume on the same machine. Each heating unit
has 6-8 layers infrared lamp, it can save energy through adjusting the infrared
lamp according to the height of preform.The energy consumption is just 70%
Lower, and the rejection rate is only 0.2 percent.
