The series equipment is used in production of polyester bottle-packing no gas carbon dioxide contained drink, such as mineral water, purified water, non-gas wine drink,etc.
This production line equipments is made up of separate Washer and negative pressure Filler and screw type Sealer. It is advanced in construction, steady in performance, safe in operation, easy in maintenance, high in production efficiency, and the speed can be regulated infinitively. The filler is the ideal choice for drink factories of small and middle size.
1. The washer is rotary spraying construction. The machine can be continuously automatic finish taking in and out rotating, washing, drop dry and so on.
2. The filer can core by fill drink which does not aerate the demands of such as mineral water, pureness water, sauce, wine, fruit juice drink. It can fill other liquid, such as vinegar, milk and pesticide. As the filler works in sealed condition and no pollution comes out. It is up to Foodstuff sanitation law
3. The cap sealer can seal various size of bottle cap,it is made of production line with washer and filler, with perfect performance, reliable operation, good sealing, compact construction, easy in maintenance, long use.
